Processing & Production
- Most orders are processed within 3-5 business days before shipping.
- During peak times, processing may take a little longer—we’ll keep you updated if there are any delays.
- We do not ship on weekends or holidays.
Free Standard Shipping (U.S. Orders)
- We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders!
- Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional cost.
- Orders must be shipped to a physical address—we cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow its journey to you.
International Orders
- Boutique Ellie is not responsible for customs duties, taxes, or other fees applied to international orders. Any additional charges are the responsibility of the customer.

- Expedited Shipping: Available at checkout with estimated delivery times shown
Damaged or Lost Packages
We take great care in packaging your order, but if your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please reach out to the carrier to file a claim.
